In a perfect world, you might hire a contractor and a crew to get your house to look “perfect” for the market – new flooring, fresh paint, updated furniture and so on. But most of us live in the real world where timeframe and budget are important considerations - especially during a transitional period like a move.

I am a single mom and a pro at “making it work”. I know from experience how tough it is to live in a home while you put it on the market, to try to keep things clean and tidy for showings and open houses. I’ve moved on my own more times than I can count, and I’ve moved with kids and pets three times. I know that the mental load and added stress of a residential move can be heavy.
Step 1: Schedule a consultation. When I arrive, we tour your home together, room by room, and I share recommendations to make each space as marketable as possible — ideal suggestions alongside practical alternatives based on your timeline and budget. You take notes, and before I leave, you get a prioritized Top 10 list of must-do items.
Step 2: After I leave, the next step is up to you! From your consultation notes and your Top 10 Priority List, you will do whatever you decide. It’s up to you how much you can do, but you’ll be working from a comprehensive list that was custom-written for your house.
Step 3: The Photo Prep. Once you’ve done all of the “homework” you can, I come back and provide the finishing touches to highlight and showcase all of your hard work. Once I’m done, the photographers can do their thing, and you’ll be ready to list!
